What is my username?

When your account was created for you, the email address where you received your notifications from us was assigned as your username. This email address cannot be changed at this time using the portal.

My password is not working. What do I do?

If you're having trouble logging in using your password or have forgotten it, you will need to Request to Change Password or Call (866) 660-2740, and one of our QTC representatives can assist you.
